Military operations are never a solution to problems
The problem of terrorism will be solved only when a political solution is found and their decisions are taken according to the people’s wishes, former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s message said.
Imran Khan has said that military operations are never a solution to problems, the problem of terrorism will be solved only when a political solution is found and their decisions are made according to the people’s wishes. According to details, former Prime Minister Imran Khan, while talking to lawyers and family members in Adiala Jail on Wednesday, said, “The scourge of terrorism in the country is uncontrollable. The Jafar Express tragedy is deeply regrettable and condemnable – such organized terrorist acts are a question mark on the security of any country. No one can be as sad as we are about the loss of precious lives of soldiers and civilians in terrorist incidents because PTI is the only political party with which the majority of all the provinces are associated – sadly, all agencies are engaged in eliminating PTI instead of preventing terrorism- PTI’s decision to boycott the National Security Committee is correct.
I was not invited to this meeting, my opinion was not taken nor the representatives of Balochistan were called – if their intention was clear in this matter, they would have allowed my party members to consult me first. At present, the PTI is the only party in Pakistan whose support is available in all the federal units, while the PPP and the PML-N have been confined to certain areas of Sindh and Punjab – what consensus can be achieved by excluding the head of the country’s largest party and the only political party symbol of the federation? The foreign and domestic policies of the Ardali government are poison killers for the country. The problem of terrorism will be solved only when a political solution is found and decisions are made according to the will of the people. The problem of terrorism cannot be solved by kinetic operations alone. Our foreign policy towards neighboring countries should be independent and independent.
Issues with Afghanistan should also be resolved through dialogue. After the regime change, his insensitivity can be gauged from the fact that Bilawal visited the whole world but did not go to Afghanistan even once – military operations are never the solution to problems, the solution to big wars also comes from dialogue and efforts for peace and stability. The country can remain united and strong only if the people’s mandate is respected, political parties are given their place, and the establishment refrains from interfering in politics. Even in 1971, a political party was put against the wall, then history could not forget what happened – even if the political parties had a balanced opportunity, the country would not have been divided. Even today, the voice of the people is being suppressed and the political parties representing them are being throttled.
The same model was implemented in Balochistan, due to which the situation there is uncontrollable today. Unless power is transferred to people’s representative governments, these problems will remain the same but will increase. The Ardali government is using illegal tactics to increase pressure on me. My wife has been put in jail. Neither Yahya Khan put Mujibur Rahman’s wife in jail, nor did General Zia put Bhutto’s wife in jail, nor did Musharraf put Kulsoom Nawaz in jail. For the past nearly a week, I have been severely restricted from accessing my means of communication. Watching TV is banned to keep them unaware of current affairs and the delivery of newspapers and books is also suspended. My children were not made to talk to me. Despite repeated reminders, my wife is not even being met for 72 hours in 90 days as per the prevailing method.
My personal physician is not allowed to meet me nor is the dentist being introduced. My party leaders were not even met. I was kept completely unaware so that I would not know about the APC. Whatever they do, I have neither bowed down to their fascism before nor will I bow down now – I stood, stood, and will stand for the true independence of Pakistan. Even if I have to spend all my life in jail. Inshallah, I will fight till my last breath for the sovereignty of my country and my nation. “
