Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has said that the Pakistan Crypto Council is the beginning of a new digital chapter for our economy. According to details, the first meeting of The Pakistan Crypto Council was held under the chairmanship of Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, the meeting was also attended by the Ceo of the Crypto Council Bilal Bin Saqib, Governor of State Bank and Chairman of SECP. Speaking on the occasion, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb said that the Pakistan Crypto Council will bring together relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies, this is the beginning of a new digital chapter for our economy.

It is being told that the government has established the Corrupt Council and appointed Bilal Bin Saqib, Chief Advisor to the Finance Minister for Pakistan Crypto Council, as the CEO of the Council, Bilal Bin Saqib will lead the council using expertise in the field of blockchain technology, investment strategy, and digital innovation, while Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb will soon introduce cryptocurrency in the country. Addressing the first Pakistan Banking Summit 2025 under the auspices of The Pakistan Banks’ Association, he also pointed out the need to introduce cryptocurrency while emphasizing the digitization of Pakistan’s banking system.
